Koşu RPG — Privacy Policy

Koşu RPG ("the app") is a GPS-based running and fitness game developed by an
individual developer ("we", "us"). This policy explains what data the app
collects, why, and your choices. We do not sell your personal data, we do not
show ads, and we do not use third-party advertising trackers.
1. Data we collect
- Location (GPS): While you are recording an activity, we use your
precise location to measure distance, pace and route, to draw your route and
territory, and (only during an active run, if you choose) to show you on a live
"who's running now" map. Background location is used only while a run is active,
so tracking continues with the screen off. Location is not collected when you are
not recording.
- Health & workout data (Apple Health / HealthKit): Only if you grant
permission and tap "Import from Watch", we read workouts, heart-rate samples and
workout routes from Apple Health to import them into the app. You can also choose
to save your activities back to Apple Health. This data is used solely to show and
sync your activities. It is never used for advertising.
- Account information: If you create an account, we store your chosen
username and the email address used to sign in (handled by our authentication
provider). You can also use the app as a guest without an account.
- Activity & social data: Your runs (distance, time, pace, route
coordinates, elevation, heart rate, splits), photos you add to a run, and any
kudos, comments, clubs, routes, medals and territory you create.
- Photos: Photos you explicitly choose to attach to an activity, via
the camera or your photo library.
2. How we use your data
- To provide core features: tracking runs, drawing routes and territory, stats,
leagues, quests, medals and the game modes.
- To power social features you opt into: feed, kudos, comments, following, direct
messages, clubs, route sharing, duels and the live map.
- To send you notifications you enable (reminders, and — if you opt in — activity
notifications such as kudos, comments and follows).
- To operate optional Premium subscriptions (managed by Apple; we do not receive
your payment card details).
3. Where your data is stored (third parties)
- Supabase (database & authentication, hosted in the EU) stores your
account, activities and social content so the app can sync across devices and show
the community feed. See supabase.com/privacy.
- Apple provides the App Store, Apple Health, push notifications and
In-App Purchases. See apple.com/legal/privacy.
We do not share your personal data with advertisers or data brokers.
4. Data you make public
If you sign in and post activities, your username, activities, routes and territory
may be visible to other users in the community feed and on public profiles. You can
hide individual activities at any time (they are removed from the feed), and restore
them later from Settings. Live position is broadcast only while a run is active and is
removed the moment you stop.
5. Your choices & rights
- Use the app as a guest, without an account.
- Grant or deny Location, Health, Photos and Notifications permissions in iOS
Settings at any time.
- Hide activities, edit your display name, and change units and notification
preferences in the app's Settings.
- Request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing us (below).
6. Data retention & security
We keep your data for as long as your account exists. Data is transmitted over
encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and protected by database access rules so that
private data (such as direct messages) is only accessible to you and the intended
recipient. Upon a deletion request, your account and its data are removed.
7. Children
Koşu RPG is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect
personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us data,
contact us and we will delete it.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "last
updated" date.

Koşu RPG ("uygulama"), bağımsız bir geliştirici tarafından geliştirilen, GPS tabanlı
bir koşu ve fitness oyunudur. Bu politika, uygulamanın hangi verileri neden topladığını
ve seçeneklerinizi açıklar. Kişisel verilerinizi satmıyoruz, reklam
göstermiyoruz ve üçüncü taraf reklam takipçileri kullanmıyoruz.
1. Topladığımız veriler
- Konum (GPS): Bir aktivite kaydederken; mesafe, tempo ve rotayı
ölçmek, rotanı ve bölgeni çizmek ve (yalnızca aktif koşuda, istersen) seni canlı
"şu an koşanlar" haritasında göstermek için kesin konumunu kullanırız. Arka plan
konumu yalnızca koşu aktifken kullanılır (ekran kapalıyken de takip sürsün diye).
Kayıt yapmadığında konum toplanmaz.
- Sağlık & antrenman verileri (Apple Sağlık / HealthKit): Yalnızca
izin verirsen ve "Saatten aktar"a dokunursan; antrenmanları, nabız örneklerini ve
rota noktalarını Apple Sağlık'tan içe aktarırız. Aktivitelerini Apple Sağlık'a geri
kaydetmeyi de seçebilirsin. Bu veri yalnızca aktivitelerini göstermek/eşitlemek
için kullanılır, asla reklam için kullanılmaz.
- Hesap bilgisi: Hesap oluşturursan, seçtiğin kullanıcı adını ve giriş
e-postanı saklarız. Hesapsız, misafir olarak da kullanabilirsin.
- Aktivite & sosyal veriler: Koşuların (mesafe, süre, tempo, rota
koordinatları, rakım, nabız, km split'leri), aktiviteye eklediğin fotoğraflar ve
oluşturduğun beğeni, yorum, kulüp, rota, madalya ve bölge.
- Fotoğraflar: Kamera veya galeriden bir aktiviteye eklemeyi
seçtiğin fotoğraflar.
2. Verileri nasıl kullanırız
- Temel özellikler: koşu takibi, rota/bölge çizimi, istatistik, ligler, görevler,
madalyalar ve oyun modları.
- Katıldığın sosyal özellikler: akış, beğeni, yorum, takip, mesajlar, kulüpler, rota
paylaşımı, düellolar ve canlı harita.
- Açtığın bildirimler (hatırlatıcılar; istersen beğeni/yorum/takip bildirimleri).
- Opsiyonel Premium abonelik (Apple tarafından yönetilir; kart bilgini biz görmeyiz).
3. Verilerin nerede saklandığı (üçüncü taraflar)
- Supabase (veritabanı & kimlik doğrulama, AB'de barındırılır)
hesabını, aktivitelerini ve sosyal içeriğini saklar.

4. Herkese açık verdiğin veriler
Giriş yapıp aktivite paylaşırsan; kullanıcı adın, aktivitelerin, rotaların ve bölgen
topluluk akışında ve herkese açık profilde diğer kullanıcılara görünebilir.
Aktiviteleri istediğin an gizleyebilir (akıştan kaldırılır) ve Ayarlar'dan geri
getirebilirsin. Canlı konum yalnızca koşu aktifken yayınlanır ve durduğun an silinir.
5. Seçeneklerin & hakların
- Uygulamayı hesapsız, misafir olarak kullan.
- Konum, Sağlık, Fotoğraf ve Bildirim izinlerini iOS Ayarlar'dan istediğin an ver/kaldır.
- Aktivite gizle, görünen adını düzenle, birim ve bildirim tercihlerini Ayarlar'dan değiştir.
- Hesabının ve verilerinin silinmesini aşağıdaki e-postadan talep et.
6. Saklama & güvenlik
Verini hesabın var olduğu sürece saklarız. Veri şifreli bağlantıyla (HTTPS/TLS)
iletilir ve erişim kurallarıyla korunur (ör. özel mesajlar yalnızca sen ve alıcı
tarafından görülebilir). Silme talebinde hesabın ve verin kaldırılır.
7. Çocuklar
Koşu RPG 13 yaş altı çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bilerek 13 yaş altından kişisel
veri toplamayız.
8. Değişiklikler
Bu politikayı güncelleyebiliriz; önemli değişiklikler yeni tarihle burada yansıtılır.
